2. Entry fee:
$50
per section
per choir or group. Please note all Choirs will only need to enter one
Section.
3. An Adjudicator’s copy of the music being performed must be
available on the day of Competition. Photocopies will not be returned due to
Copyright legislation but will be destroyed.
4. Recorded accompaniment is NOT PERMITTED
PLEASE NOTE: CHOIRS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN ACCOMPANIST. A PIANO WILL BE
AVAILABLE
5. TIME LIMITS:
Junior school
sections: 10 minutes
Primary school sections: 10 minutes
High School Sections: 10 minutes
These Time Limits are performance times and all material must be presented
within that time limit.
All time limits are maximums and these limits must not be exceeded.
6. All sections are own choice, but must be contrasting, may be a
medley or separate pieces. All must be presented within the specified time
limit.
7. Please advise the convenor if choir numbers exceed 60
WHILE EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO COMPLETE COMPETITION IN
TIME FOR BUSES TO RETURN TO SCHOOL PRIOR TO HOME TIME, IT MAY NOT BE
POSSIBLE. PLEASE HAVE APPROPRIATE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS IN PLACE.
